Free Delivery on all orders.
We aim to deliver within 2 - 7 business days, if we do not have items in stock then we will be in touch with an estimated delivery date.
Overseas: We are able to ship overseas but please ask for costs before ordering to avoid disappointment.
Methods of Payments: We accept the following payment methods, PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Switch/Maestro, Visa Electron, Delta.
Please note orders placed after 2pm will be dealt with the following day.
Returns:
We hope you are happy with your purchase, but if for any for any reason there is an issue, please return the item in an unused condition within 14 days of purchase, for an exchange or refund of the full purchase price. We will only refund the postage fee if the item received is faulty. Items that are received damaged or faulty will be refunded or replaced, we ask that it is left in the original packaging and a photograph is emailed to us to show our couriers. Please send emails to gemimashaven@outlook.com and returns can be arranged.
Please ensure the parcel is packaged securely to ensure the items are not damaged in transit as we may not be able to refund if this is the case. We recommend using an insured delivery service and keep a receipt as we can not accept liability for loss or damage of these items.
If your items arrive damaged by the courier please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the items, we can not be held responsible for damages after this period.
